"Hachi" Bowl

This is the Vessel that depth. There is a variety of sizes and shapes, in particular small. It is said that KobachiUse this when you Serve the wet dish or salad mainly.
On the product of Heiando, as those Hachi Bowl, Japanese-style ones of Western-style I use different brand name.

"Cho-shi"

It is a bottle and cup for pouring sake in Sakazuki.
In Japan, when auspicious such as weddings and New Year Drink sake using the Cho-shi. Cho-shi and Sakazuki is also referred to as a Tosoki together.

"Sakazuki"

These are small vessels that are used when drinking sake. Common use of the Sakazuki you drink by pouring sake in Tokkuri or Cho-shi.
Cho-shi and Sakazuki is also referred to as a Tosoki together.

"O-Bon" Tray

It is the flat shallow container. It is called tray in English.
It is often used when carrying dishes and cups. Small tray can serve variety of food and sweets on it directly. Large one can also arrange some dishes and cup for one person on it, like a placemat.

"Sara" Dish,Plate

It is the flat shallow container. It is called dish or plate in English. It is used serving food on it directly.
Large ones are referred to as "party plate" in Yamada Heiando.
Smaller ones depending on the shape and form, are referred "round plate", "square plate", "serving plate", etc..
