This dish represents the dragon soaring powerfully in the sky by using the traditional techniques of Japan called "Hake-me" and "MAKIE".
The golden line which has been hand-drawing one by one, is imaged the dynamism of the "Ryu" soaring in the sky and the brightness of the light coming through the sky.
The golden linear-fashioned "Hake-me" which is drawn on the dish's surface colored with a jet black, has a effect which let food on this dish looks beautiful and delicious.
