At YAMADA HEIANDO, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our items. Attention to design, materials, safety, and construction is our priority. We inspect your order with the highest care before shipping, so that it will arrive safely. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase.

If Your Items Arrive Damaged, Defective, or Different to What You Ordered

Please send us pictures of the items at global@heiando.com. We will contact you to provide further instructions.

If You Wish to Return

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please contact global@heiando.com to let us know of your returning items.

Since our items are susceptible to damage during delivery, we take great care in packing your order. Please note that the original packing materials and the original receipt are required for all returns. You may need to provide extra packing materials if necessary. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of return shipping. If damage occurs during return shipping, we may not be able to refund you a full credit.

  • if you have damaged the items
  • if you have modified or altered the items
  • if you do not have product labels for the items
