Returns and Refunds

At YAMADA HEIANDO, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our items. Attention to design, materials, safety, and construction is our priority. We inspect your order with the highest care before shipping, so that it will arrive safely. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase.

If your items arrive damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

Please send us pictures of the items by email. We will contact you to provide further instructions.

If you wish to return:

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please send us an email to let us know of your returning an item.

Since our items are susceptible to damage during delivery, we take great care in packing your order. Please note that the original packing materials and the original receipt are required for all returns. You may need to provide extra packing materials if necessary. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of return shipping. If damage occurs during return shipping, we may not be able to refund you a full credit.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • if you have already used the item
  • if you have damaged the item
  • if you have modified or altered the item
  • if you do not have the product label for the item
  • if you purchased the item on a discount merchandise price
