Notes when using the Lacquerware

  • 1Wash in luke warm water with a soft cloth and rinse well.

(e.g. Serve hors d'oeuvres on lacquerware, and put it into a refrigerator a few hours until parties start.)
    As long as it has a plastic base("jyusiseihin", "mokuhunseihin"),it is possible to keep a lacquerware in the refrigerator for a long time.
    Even if in any case, the lacquerware is not vessels for "long-term storage." It does not have air tightness like a tupperware. Please note.
